Shipping Policy
We deliver CloudTech products to customers worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. On average, delivery takes between 5 and 25 business days; customs clearance or remote locations may extend this timeframe. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive full tracking details by email. All customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. CloudTech is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures or carrier operations.
Return & Exchange Policy
All eligible returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds are issued as non‑expiring CloudTech store credit only — no cash, card, or bank refunds are provided. Shipping fees and taxes are not refundable. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and stock checks.
